This site was created by Newton's Apple Intermedia and is based on a program called The All Seeing Eye, which was originally written by Leigh Harvey in 1994 in basic. Several versions later and the program has found it's way onto many a computer over the years. The current  version which features on this site was written in flash and is based on the original engine code.
